Hot Classes 

(above body temperature)

 

Hot Yoga: 60-minute class designed to relax tissues and increase flexibility & stability. Focuses on holding poses longer than in regular flow classes, while avoiding weight-bearing poses on the wrists, elbows, and shoulders. 

Hot Flow Yoga: 60-minute class that emphasizes breath-body connection, building strength, flexibility, and balance while enhancing mental focus.

Warm Classes

(below body temperature)

Warm Yoga: 60-minute class designed to relax tissues and increase flexibility & stability. Focuses on holding poses longer than in regular flow classes, while avoiding weight-bearing poses on the wrists, elbows, and shoulders. 

Warm Flow Yoga: 60-minute class that emphasizes breath-body connection, building strength, flexibility, and balance while enhancing mental focus.

*Special* Warm Candlelight Flow: 60-minute all-levels warm vinyasa flow, illuminated by candlelight for a serene and relaxing experience. The gently heated space encourages deeper ease into poses, with a focus on breath and its connection to each movement.

Unheated Classes 

(building temperature)

Gentle Yoga: 60-minute class designed to relax tissues and increase flexibility & stability. Focuses on holding poses longer than in regular flow classes, while avoiding weight-bearing poses on the wrists, elbows, and shoulders. 

Flow Yoga: 60-minute class that emphasizes breath-body connection, building strength, flexibility, and balance while enhancing mental focus.

*Special* Beginners Foundation Class: 60-minute Intro Class: Perfect for newcomers, this session covers basic yoga poses, body alignment, deep breathing, and an overview of the studio's class styles. All levels are welcome to join and refresh their fundamentals.

Class Cancellation Policy: We hold a 3-hour window for class cancellations at no charge, 24 hours window for private sessions.
