CLASSES

Hot Classes

(above body temperature)

Hot Flow Yoga: This class begins with intentional movement and breath awareness, gradually building toward a flowing, breath-synced sequence. You'll move through strength-building holds and mindful transitions designed to cultivate flexibility, balance, and focus. As the body warms and the breath deepens, the pace naturally evolves into a rhythm of one breath, one movement—creating a moving meditation.

Hot Yoga: The focus of the class is to practice poses that are held longer than our regular flow classes. This class is designed to avoid weight-bearing poses on the wrist, elbow, and shoulders. This is a perfect counter balance to your flow classes when practicing consistently or on its own.
