CLASSES
Yoga Den classes are built around a complete movement system. Flow is the foundation, supported by alignment, active recovery, connective tissue, and nervous system focused practices that help students move well and build a complete practice.
Foundational Class
Hot Flow Yoga: Hot Flow Yoga is a dynamic, breath-centered Flow practice taught in a heated room above body temperature. Class moves through flowing sequences, standing postures, and balance work, linking breath with movement to build strength, endurance, and mobility. The heat supports circulation and joint mobility while encouraging focus and presence. This class is challenging yet accessible and is designed to be practiced consistently as part of a regular routine. This class is also offered in a warm room below body temperature at select times.
Supportive Classes
Hot Yoga: Hot Yoga is designed as a counterbalance to Flow when practiced consistently. Poses are held longer than in Flow, allowing time to focus on alignment and stability. This class is intentionally designed to minimize repetitive weight-bearing on the wrists, elbows, and shoulders. You will not find planks, chaturangas, or repeated downward dogs.
Mellow Yoga: Mellow Yoga is an easy-moving class taught warm or unheated. This practice is designed to reduce stiffness, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. With a slower pace and approachable sequencing, Mellow Yoga is ideal for beginners, active recovery days, or anyone needing to unwind from daily stress or harder workouts.
Flow to Yin: Flow to Yin blends mindful movement with deep release. The first half of class is a slower-paced Flow focused on strength, balance, and breath-led movement. The second half transitions into Yin Yoga, where poses are held longer to support connective tissue health, particularly in the hips, pelvis, and lower back.
Gentle Yoga: The focus of the class is to practice poses that are held longer than our regular flow classes. This class is designed to avoid weight-bearing poses on the wrist, elbow, and shoulders. This is a perfect counter balance to your flow classes when practicing consistently or on its own.
Yin Yoga: Yin Yoga is a quiet, grounded practice focused on the hips, pelvis, and lower back. Poses are mostly seated or reclined and held for several minutes, allowing muscles to relax while gently stressing connective tissues such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. This practice supports mobility, joint health, circulation, and nervous system regulation. It pairs well with more active practices and is accessible to all levels.
Restorative Yoga: Specialty Class Restorative Yoga is designed specifically to support the nervous system. Poses are fully supported with props and held for extended periods with no expectation of effort or sensation. The goal is complete relaxation, safety, and deep rest. This class is ideal for stress, fatigue, recovery, or anyone needing space to slow down and reset. Come as you are. Leave feeling rested and restored.
Strength for Flow: Strength for Flow is a thoughtfully paced class designed to build the strength, control, and stability that support your Flow practice. This class is offered as an Unlimited Member benefit. This is not a Yoga Sculpt or HIIT-style workout.
