TIPS FOR NEW STUDENTS​
​1.Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before class starts to check in and familiarize yourself with the studio space.
2.It's important to stay hydrated, so drink water an hour before class and continue to hydrate after the class.
3.Wear comfortable fitness clothing such as leggings, shorts, tanks, or a T-shirt.
4.You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and yoga towel. If you don't have these items, we offer yoga mats for rent or purchase at our boutique, and water is available for purchase at the cafe.
5.Consider having a light meal before class.
STUDIO TIPS
Please remember the following guidelines:
1. Arrive on time, as walking in late can be distracting to others.
2. Either sign in at the desk or with the teacher of the class you are taking.
3. No shoes are allowed in the yoga room. Please place all personal belongings in the cubes outside the yoga room doors.
4. Ensure that all electronics are turned off or set to "Do Not Disturb." This is your time to disconnect from the world and connect with yourself.
5. Do not skip the last pose in class, Savasana. It is meant for stillness and deep rest, allowing your body to fully receive the benefits of yoga. If you must leave early, kindly let your teacher know before the class starts and exit quietly before Savasana.
6. Listen to your body's needs; this is your practice. If something doesn't feel right or your body is telling you to rest, please do not push yourself. It's perfectly fine to take a child's pose in class at any time.
